2-Ingredient Banana Nutella Ice Cream
Updated March 26, 2019
Banana Nutella Ice Cream-you only need two ingredients to make this ice cream! It's amazing!
It's hot outside and all I want to do is float around in the pool and eat ice cream. The heat makes me lazy and it makes me crave ice cream like crazy. I've been making my 2-Ingredient Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream nonstop. It is so good and one of the most popular recipes on our site.
Well, over the weekend I mixed things up and made 2-Ingredient Banana Nutella Ice Cream and is a new favorite!
You only need TWO ingredients to make this creamy and delicious ice cream, frozen ripe bananas and Nutella. That is it. No joke!
You also need a food processor or powerful blender to blend up the frozen bananas. The frozen bananas turn into a creamy and dreamy ice cream. It takes awhile, so be patient and keep blending. I promise you the bananas will magically turn into ice cream!
When the bananas reach the consistency of soft serve, mix in the Nutella. The banana and Nutella combo is crazy good, a match made in heaven!
You can eat the ice cream right away, it will be like soft serve, or you can put it in the freezer to harden up. Take it out of the freezer and let it sit on the counter for 10 minutes before scooping! I can never wait, so I usually eat it soft serve style. It is SO good!
If you are looking for an easy summer treat, make 2-Ingredient Banana Nutella Ice Cream. I know I am going to be making this ice cream all summer long!
2-Ingredient Banana Nutella Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 4 large very ripe bananas peeled, sliced, and frozen
- 3-4 tablespoons Nutella
Instructions
- Place the frozen banana slices in a food processor or powerful blender. Puree banana slices, scraping down the bowl as needed. Puree until the mixture is creamy and smooth. This will take a few minutes.
- Add the Nutella and blend until smooth. Serve immediately for soft-serve ice cream consistency. If you prefer harder ice cream, place ice cream in a container and freeze for a few hours. Remove from freezer and let the ice cream sit for 10 minutes before scooping.
- *Note-make sure you use a powerful food processor or blender! Use 3-4 tablespoons of Nutella, depending on how rich you want the ice cream to be!
