Pin ItI love making s'mores by a blazing fire, but I also love making twists on the classic campfire treat. A few favorites include: s'mores cookies, s'mores rice krispie treats, and s'mores puppy chow.
I also love S'mores Clusters. This is copycat recipe of Trader Joe's popular s'mores clusters. They taste VERY similar, but I think my homemade version is even better. And the best part? You only need 5 ingredients to make these easy no-bake treats.
Graham cracker pieces and chewy mini marshmallows are coated in silky smooth chocolate and spooned onto a baking sheet to form clusters. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and chill until the chocolate hardens.
I guarantee these homemade s'mores snack will be a summertime favorite! You can keep them in the refrigerator or freezer so you always have a sweet treat waiting for you.

You Only Need 5 Ingredients!
- Graham crackers– you need 7 whole graham cracker sheets. Break them up into pieces.
- Chocolate chips– I use semisweet chocolate chips, but milk chocolate or dark chocolate will work too. Use your favorite!
- Coconut oil– coconut oil helps the chocolate set up and also makes it extra shiny and smooth.
- Marshmallows– make sure you buy mini marshmallows!
- Flaky sea salt– for sprinkling on top!
How to Make S'mores Clusters
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Break the graham crackers into bite size pieces. You should have about 1 ½ cups of graham pieces. Set aside.
- Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a large microwave safe bowl. Place in the microwave and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring in between each interval, until smooth.
- Add the graham cracker pieces and mini marshmallows to the melted chocolate.
- Gently stir with a spatula until well coated.
- Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming clusters, about 2 tablespoons per cluster. You can use a spoon or cookie scoop.
- Make sure the clusters aren't touching. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until the chocolate is set and the clusters are firm. You can also freeze them for 20 minutes to speed up the process.
- When the chocolate is set and the clusters are firm, eat and enjoy!
How to Store
- When the clusters are set up and chocolate is firm, transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- You can also freeze the s'mores clusters in a freezer container or freezer bag for up to 3 months. They are so good frozen!
