Snickerdoodle Muffins

Snickerdoodle muffins are my latest obsession. A cookie in muffin form that can count as breakfast? Yes, please! I made a batch and was planning on taking the muffins to our neighbors, but they never made it out the door. Oops! The cinnamon sugar muffins melt in your mouth.
